It is use the Phal and Beitz method. The first is the funnel capacity calculation, after the funnel and engine capacity is known, then calculate CAM power to move the cutting knife and calculate the power of conveyor and continue to calculate the pulley, v-belt and bearing to determine material type, strength and age of the pulley, v-belt and bearing, the final step is checking the strength of materials. For the product design and detail phase is using the 2016 professional Autodesk Software.
