- In this era there are increasingly many high-rise buildings being built. One of the multi-storey buildings being built is a hotel, now more and more hotels are being built due to the increasing number of tourists and people visiting a place and needing a place to stay. By seeing that, we need a tool that can help humans to get to the desired floor without having to spend a lot of energy. The goal to be achieved is to get an elevator design that is comfortable to use for all ages and to get an elevator mechanism for elevator construction for 10-storey buildings. Parts designed include cage, cage frame, ballast, pulleys, shafts, steel straps, brake shoes, flange couplings, electric motors. After going through the calculation phase the results of the material used and also the size of each part that is designed
