Pegadaian (Persero) Genteng Branch - Banyuwangi. This type of research is descriptive. The technique in collecting this data is by conducting direct interviews with the parties concerned. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the service system of fast safe credit products (KCA) has been running with the specified procedures. And how to deal with it in the system of fast loan secured products (KCA) as a whole can not be said to be effective.
