- The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the procedures for channeling people's business loans which consist of credit procedures, understanding of people's business loans, general provisions for people's business loans, facilities and infrastructure, provisions for distributing people's business credit products. This research was conducted at Bank Negara Indonesia Malang Branch, data analysis used was descriptive to explain the data of research data and research descriptions.
