(Capsicum annuum, L.) This research was conducted from September 2018 to January 2019.&#xD; 2&#xD; This research was conducted using a simple randomized block design (RBD) with 7 treatments including repeated controls 3 times. The treatments to be tested are as follows P0: Control (without organic mulch), POM: Silver black plastic mulch, PO1: Water Hyacinth: Coconut Fiber (70g: 20g) + goat manure 10 g, PO2: Water Hyacinth: Coconut Fiber (60g : 30g) + 10 g goat manure, PO3: Water Hyacinth: Coconut Fiber (50g: 40g) + 10 g goat fertilizer, PO4: Water Hyacinth: Coconut Fiber (40g: 50g) + goat manure 10 g, and PO5: Water Hyacinth: Coconut Fiber (30g: 60g) + goat manure 10 g.&#xD; Research results The treatment of the use of organic mulch made from water hyacinth 70g coconut fiber 20g and manure10g (PO1), showed the best results on vegetative observation variables namely plant height, and number of leaves.
