  • The purpose of this research to find out the influence (1)leadership (2)work motivations for employees CV. Kinarya Berkah Abadi, Lawang Q-MAS Mansyur. This research is quantitative research. The object of the research is all employees CV. Kinarya Berkah Abadi, Lawang Q-MAS Mansyur with a total of 36 employees. The techniques of date collecting including obsevations, questioners, and documentation. Sample research take using the census method. Census method is giving the questioner to all employees, date in this research analys with do dual linear regression. Research result are (1) there is a significant influence of leadership with employees performance of 0.074; this is seen from r2 of 0.232; (2)there is no significant positive effect between motivation and employee performance of 0.039. The results of multiple linear regression showed e=100% - 3.925=78.8% then the result of the constant is 7.405. The regression coefficient of the influence of leadership on performance is 0.382, the regression coefficient of the influence of motivation on performance is 0.410.
