- The purpose of the writing of this final task is to describe the transaction mechanism of the system transactions Bank Indonesia Real Time Gross sattlment (BI-RTGS), problems arising as well as knowing the efforts of the BPD Jatim Kas Unmer office Malang. The research method uses appropriate descriptive methods for both case studies and library studies. Bi-RTGS system has the advantages of other transfer services, namely real time and BI-RTGS conducted processed online. Although it has the advantage of other transfer servers RTGS mechanism also has a good constraint that occurs on external and internal parties. The constraints that occur are the customers misinput the data on the RTGS slip, the teller is wrong to input the data, the system in Bank Indonesia Offline, and the system at Jatim Bank slow.
