  • The purposd of this studied is to examined the influence of dimensions of Product Quality on Brand Image on consumer Serabi Imut Klojen Malang. The sample in this studi is 100 respondents use accidental sampling with the criteria of respondents minimum one time purchase in Serabi Imut Klojen Malang. The primary data was collected using a questionnaire. Multiple regression analysis shows that the results of the product quality dimensions partially have a positive ans significant effect on brand image, simultaneously the dimensions of product quality have a positive and significant.
