  • This study aims to describe and analyze the impact of transformational leadership and compensation on employee performance in UKM Sambel Pecel Mba Kasih Blitar. This type of research is explanatory research. The sample in this study was 40 respondents using a total sampling technique. The data source in this study is the primary data source. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The testing of the instrument is done by testing the validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test, and hypothesis testing. Hypothesis testing using the f test and t test. The results showed the conclusion that the transformational leadership style had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, transformational leadership style and compensation simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of UKM Sambel Pecel Mba Kasih Blitar.
