  • The purpose of this study is to describe the ability of work, job involvement and employee performance, as well as analyze the effect of work ability and job involvement partially on employee performance and analyze the effect of work ability and job involvement on employee performance simultaneously. The sample in this study was 47 respondents and used saturated sampling techniques and analyzed using scale ranges and multiple linear regression. The results of the study that the work ability of employees is categorized very high, employee job involvement is categorized very high and employee performance is categorized very high. Work ability and job involvement partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work ability and job involvement simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Researchers advise the company to conduct routine and periodic training, give penalties to employees whose work involvement is low, and complete work on time.
