- This study aims to look the influence of capital expenditure, the size of local government, intergovernmental revenue, and local original income on financial performance in the West Nusa Tenggara provincial government, which is 10 districts and cities. The hypothesis method in this study uses the multiple linear regression t test,3and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that capital expenditure has a significant positive effect on financial performance, the size of local government and intergovernmental revenue has no effect on financial performance, local own revenues has a significant negative effect on financial performance. Based on the results of the study, regional governments are expected to pay more attention to the proportion of original regional income allocated for capital expenditure.
