  • This studi aim to determine and analyze the influence of Service Quality and price on Costumers Satisfaction Kusuma Agrowisata Batu Hotel. The type of this study is explanatory research. The sample in this studi is 100 respondents use purposive samplaing technique with the criteria of respondent customers who are over 18 years old and customers who have stayed more than once. The data source in this study is the primary data source. Data collection techniques use a questionnaire. Instrument test by validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques in this study uses classic assumption test, hyphothesis test, and multiple regression analysis. T test results show the conclusion that the higher the level of service quality, the higher the influence on customer satisfaction, the more reasonable the price level, the higher the customer satisfaction, and the price has a dominant influence on customer satisfaction.
