Daftar Isi:
- Recess is a two-way communication between constituents and DPRD members, and recess is a work visit conducted by DPRD members outside the building. This recess period is aimed at absorbing, gathering aspirations systematically which can later answer the problems faced by constituents. one example to answer the problems that exist in the constituents, the DPRD must come down directly and observe existing problems, existing problems such as road infrastructure, this is a fundamental problem in Central Lombok. As a representative in parliament a member of the DPRD has one function, which is to connect the tongue of its constituents. DPRD members in carrying out their duties must have an accountant spirit, so that the community gives legitimacy to these DPRD members. Normally the recess period has been regulated in Law Number 23 of 2014, Government Regulation Number 12 of 2018, and Rules of Procedure of the Central Lombok District Parliament. DPRD recess political accountability is one strategy to create a conducive climate in parliament or what we can call a good government which is a form of DPRD's responsibility in determining recess decisions that affect the interests of its constituents. To be able to measure Accountability, there must be indicators of Recess Political Accountability, one of which is Legitimacy, the existence of adequate moral quality, sensitivity, openness and increased effectiveness and efficiency. In carrying out recess, of course, it requires support from constituents in the form of aspirations that legitimize the members of the board in fighting for the people's complaints in their electoral districts. These aspirations can be in the form of the needs of constituents. For this reason, DPRD members really expect the community to participate in the success of this recess, even for the benefit of the constituents and DPRD members. Members of the Central Lombok Regency DPRD from the planning and implementation process were in accordance with the rules made by Bamus. During the recess, the constituents explained their aspirations as needed. The aspirations conveyed during recess were mostly problems, Infrastructure, Economy, Agriculture, and education. Then the aspirations are brought and received by members of the DPRD and make a report of accountability in writing, and submit the results of the recess in the Plenary Meeting attended by the Executive agency.
