- This study aims to determine the effect of teacher competence on employee performance and the effect of personality on employee teacher performance. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The Independent variable (Y) in this research is performed and dependent variables in this research are teacher competence (X1) and personality (X2). This research used 44 teachers with positions as permanent teachers. The sampling technique used in this study is a saturated sample technique. The data collection techniques by interview and quistionnsaires. The data analysis by using multiple linear regression test and scale range. The Result of this research shows that : (1) Teacher competence had a significant effect on teacher performance, (2) personality had a significant effect on teacher performance.
