- This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership on employee performance with work supervision as a moderating variable in the Nganjuk District Tourism Office. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. This type of research is explanatory research. The population used is all 30 employees. The sample used is total sampling ie the entire population is used as a research subject. Data collection was carried out by interview and questionnaire. Instrument testing is done by validity and reliability testing. The analysis technique used is a range of scales, simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis and moderated (MRA). Based on the analysis of the analysis of the scale of the scale shows that the performance of employees classified as adequate category, leadership is classified as good category, and work supervision is classified as good category. The result of simple linear regression analysis states that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. The results of multiple linear regression analysis simultaneously stated leadership and work supervision significantly influence performance. Partially the leadership style and work supervision have no effect on employee performance. MRA analysis results state that work supervision does not moderate the influence of leadership on employee performance. Suggestions that can be submitted to pay more attention to employee performance so that employee performance is further improved.
