  • This study aimed at discovering the implementation of regulation (fatwa) of DSN-MUI No.102/DSN-MUI/X/2016 about IMFIZ toward the Partially Prepaid of Sharia House Ownership Credit (KKRS Inden) in the BRI Syariah Branch Office of Malang. This study was a qualitative study using phenomenology approach in order to discover the compatibility between the Implementation of regulation of DSN-MUI No.102/DSN-MUI/X/2016 with the implementation that carried out by the BRI Syariah Branch Office of Malang. In this study, the researcher conducted a comparison between the regulation of DSN-MUI to the covenant which implemented in the field. The subjects of this study were the regulation of DSN-MUI No.102/DSN-MUI/X/2016, the financing of KKRS Inden, and BRI Syariah Branch Office of Malang. The data analysis that carried out was not loose from the phenomenological characteristics, of which characteristics were the existence of data reduction, categorization, drawing the similar theme and several other processes. The checking of validity or credibility of the data was conducted by using triangulation. The results of study indicated that the implementation of regulation of DSN-MUI No.102/DSN-MUI/X/2016 about the financing of KKRS Inden implemented by BRI Syariah Branch Office of Malang was in accordance to the regulation; however, there were several points that not implemented by BRI Syariah Branch Office of Malang. In the implementation, the ujrah carried out by the customer to the bank was only permitted to use money, while in the regulation of DSN-MUI No.102/DSN-MUI/X/2016 was written explicitly that the ujrah could be paid using other than money. This was in line with the function and the role of Banks which were engaged in savings and loan services.
