- Badan Keswadayaan Masyarakat merupakan program pemerintah berupa proyek Penanggulangan kemiskinan di perkotaan yang bertujuan untuk menanggulangi kemiskinan di perkotaan secara bersama mandiri dan berkelanjutan. Dalam penelitian ini di temukan hasil bahwa Peran Badan Keswadayaan Masayarakat di Kampoeng Wisata Tani Kelurahan Temas Kota Batu adalah melakukan perencanaan The Community Self-Help Agency is a government program in the form of a poverty reduction project in urban areas that aims to tackle poverty in urban areas together independently and sustainably. The results of this study found that the role of the Community Self-Reliance Agency in Kampoeng Wisata Tani, Temas, Batu City was to carry out development planning, as an initiator in mobilizing the community of Temas, improving the economy of the Temas Village community, and building social capital in the Temas Village community. Besides that, it was also found an obstacle in community empowerment by the Community Self-Empowerment Agency, namely Kampoeng Wisata facilities which had started to be damaged, the inclusion of Kampoeng Wisata Tani was not in accordance with expenditure, and a lack of direct community involvement in managing Kampoeng Wisata Tani by the community. The role of the Community Self-Reliance Agency in community empowerment in Kampoeng Wisata Tani, Temas Village, Batu City is quite optimal because the Community Self-Help Agency always involves the community to participate well. In addition, the Community Self-Reliance Agency is also able to mobilize a creative and innovative society.
