IDENTIFIKASI KEPATUHAN PENATALAKSANAAN DIABETES MELLITUS TIPE 2 DI PUSKESMAS MULYOREJO KABUPATEN MALANG

- Background: Diabetes Mellitus is one of the types of metabolic diseases that always increase annually which is always increasing and Diabetes mellitus becomes one of the health problems in the still developing country. Diabetes mellitus often occurs in adults with high frequency of mortality. Diabetes mellitus is characterized by frequent urination, always thirst, weight loss, fatigue and reduced labor. Method: This research is descriptive which is done in August 2019 in Puskesmas Mulyorejo Malang. Sampling with total sampling techniques, with a sample number of 144 respondents diabetes mellitus type 2 by using The Diabetes Self-Management Questionnire (DSMQ). Results: The results of the study based on 144 respondents ' observation data in analysis using quantitive deskritive data analysis showed that in management compliance of the 43% Resonden experienced a good category, 47.3% Responen experienced the category Enough, and 9.7% of the Respoden experienced a bad categories. Meanwhile, in glucose management indicator there is a value with an average of 1.68, and for the result of physical activity there is a value with an average of 1.14. Discussion: The majority of respondents of type 2 diabetes mellitus experience adequate compliance with the management of diabetes mellitus, so that respondents still need deeper improvement for better management compliance.
