  • This studi aims to determine and analyze the impact of Motivation on employee Performance through work Discipline on Hotel Royal Senyiur. The type of this study is explanatory research. The sample in this studi is 43 respondents use purposive samplaing technique with the criteria of responden minimum time work one years. The data source in this study is the primary data source. Data collection techniques use a questionnaire. Instrument test by validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques in this study uses hyphothesis test and path analysis. Hypothesis testing uses t test and sobel test. The result of this study indicate that motivation positive significantly work dicipline, that work discipline positive significantly employee performance, that motivation positive significantly employee performance, that motivation positive significantly employe performance through work descipline.
