  • This study aims to analyze the development of interdisciplinary material on the syllabus of Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan IV learning, with a focus on the background and objectives of developing interdisciplinary materials in AIK learning, interdisciplinary relationships between general science and religion in the AIK learning syllabus, and the learning process of interdisciplinary material in class AIK. This study uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interview techniques with the head of AIK, the special assistant to the rector of AIK, and the AIK IV lecturer. In the research results found that, AIK seeks to instill understanding to students about the values of Islam that they should hold even though they are not in a religious study program with the aim of instilling knowledge and principles to students that Islam has governed all aspects of human life, Islam and science studied to introduce the signs of God's greatness in order to create a whole human being in accordance with the 1945 Constitution, progress according to the Muhammadiyah ideology, and be beneficial especially for the people and nation. The material presented in the form of an introduction to the concept and basic understanding of the Islamic perspective on science, Islamic perspective on economics, Islamic perspective on politics and law, Islamic perspective on art and culture, and Islamic perspective on health. The material was delivered with blanded learning models and active learning models, with using discussion learning methods, questions and answers, and quizzes. Learning media used are online and offline. Evaluation is done by asking again related interdisciplinary material that has been discussed, besides evaluations carried out by written or oral form in the midterm and end of semester.
