- This study aims to describe the application of the internal control system for wages and examine more deeply the application of the internal control system to the PR. UD. Putra Bintang Timur based on elements of the internal control system. This type of research is used descriptive research. The types and sources of data that used in this study are primary and secondary data. The technique of collecting data using interview and documentation the companie’s document. the data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. Conclusions from the results of the analysis and discussion of the internal control system for PR. UD. Putra Bintang Timur, that is, there is a function statement, an overtime warrant is not authorized by the director, no serial number for payment vouchers is applied, wage slips are only made in one copy.
