Methods: Type of research this is a study quantitatively by using design One-group pre-post test design. Respondents in this study were hemiparese stroke patients amounting to 12 people with a purposive sampling technique using a goniometer measurement tool. Results: Paired t test results significant values were obtained for the flexion wrist movement 0.005 (p<0.05) and the wrist extension movement 0.006 (p<0,05), then H1 is accepted. Conclusion : There is the effect of a combination of PNF and mirror therapy on increasing the range of motion of the upper limb in hemiparese stroke patients.
