- Lingkar Sosial is a foundation that focus on the condition of people with dissability in Malang who has limited association and is marginalized. Lingkar Sosial concerns to support people with dissability through training which will teach them to have skills in improving their life skills and it affiliates with various elements in order to prepare the people with disabilities for ready to work after participating in the training. The research employed a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The researcher employed a cluster sampling technique to select research subjects which was based on the constructed criteria. The researcher employed observation, interview and documentation as the data collection techniques. Furthermore, the data analysis techniques employed by researchers were data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and data validation. The results revealed that Lingkar Sosial Malang have 4 types of social welfare, namely: (1) emotional support, (2) appreciation support, (3) instrumental support, (4) information support.
