  • Financial literacy is defined as a person’s ability to manage finances. Knowledge of financial literacy is needed so that someone can avoid problems because of his financial behavior. The research discusses the effect of financial literacy on financial behavior on the owner of Dinoyo ceramics industry. The type of research uses qualitative or explanatory research. The population in this research is an active owner of Dinoyo ceramics industry. The sample in this research was 4 respondent’s trials. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with the ceramics industry which is still active and includes micro businesses. The data source in this research uses primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques through questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis uses simple linear regression. The test result in this research indicate a postitive and significant effect of financial literacy on financial behavior.
