- Accomplishment of requirement product to distributor company often experience of problem caused by selection of imprecise vehicle, less optimal its in usage of vehicle cause the happening of current return not regular hance lengthening delivery route so that result fluctuation over due and delay of is expense of delivery. This research is done to get the alternative solution to finish an problems of company in general because is very importance in accomplishment to requirement of product. By using methods of saving matriks done by determination of route / distribution from factory to distributor. Given the distance in fact between distributor obtained by thrift matriks or of saving matriks later then in combining with amoun of request every distributor is so that got by a number of distributor able to fulfill in on delivery route. With methods saving matriks obtained thrift of exspence and distance equal to 11,1 % or as long 177 Km, pursuant to proposal total route passed by to serve distributor in South Kalimantan. Obtained time loading saving equal to 9,04 % or equal 2,95 hour. And obtained cost saving matriks of transportation equal to 22,75 % or equal to Rp 350.150/day.
