  • The role of the industry's main forest products in IndonesiĆ« is the challenge that cuter die related to the existence of inequality between the needs of industrial raw materials with sustainable timber production capability. Utilization of wood and Limba wearing alternatiewe of wood needs is increasing. The Limba sawn file can be used for wood substitutes such as particle Board making, which is combined with banana stem with Epoxy adhesive. Need to be tested to improve the quality of the board particle Board, sivetfisis and mechanical properties of particle board. Board quality of the Raad particles is known by using parameters, (density, moisture content, Modulus elasticity (MOE) and Broken Modulus (MOR). This research is recorded through two stages, namely the first phase of the manufacture of a sample of frozen vervalle with a mixture of teak wood grain with a stem of banana pox and sawdust of teak wood with a stem of banana and plywood used epoxy. The variable used is sawdust, the stem of banana count of and the stem of the banana layer. From the test results at the obtained a density test value of 0, 99 Gr/cm 2, and 0, 94 Gr/cm 2, with an average of 0, 97 Gr/cm 2, Water content of 3, 11%, and 4, 45%, with an average of 4, 10%, MOE amounting to 3, 18 kg/cm 2, and 2, 93 kg/cm 2 , averaging 2, 75 kg/cm 2, MOR amounted to 0, 06 kg/cm 2, and 0, 05kg/cm 2, with an average of 0, 05kg/cm 2.
