- The focus of paper is to find out the system effectiveness on employee payroll procedures and internal controls bassed on electronic data processing over the payroll system in Kejaksaan Tinggi Jawa Timur. The methods research is descriptive. Data have been collected by indepth interviewing and documentation. The result showed that system implemented has been running effectively is in line with the theory, functions, network procedures, and documents used in the internal control system are in good enough level. The procedure of payroll at Kejaksaan Tinggi Jawa Timur is done using GPP Application and it has been well integrated. An recommended payroll flowchart so the employee can read the payroll system more briefly and do not need to read the system one by one.
