- PT. Tirta Prima Rasa Malang is a company distributor of food / snacks. Items are distributed Arnott's. Where there is a problem in the company's handling of the inefficient distribution in the process of delivery of goods to consumers paying less attention to truck capacity and determination of the distribution of inappropriate routes resulting in high distribution costs. The problems in these companies included in the category of Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP). The purpose of the settlement of this problem to obtain the shortest route so it can reducedistributioncosts. In this VRP solution, using the concept of the First Cluster Second Route. In the process of making the consumer Cluster Sweep method by considering the maximum truck capacity of 180 cartons, the next cluster in the evaluation of the distance between the distributors and consumers using Neirest neighbor for each cluster and finally get the shortest route and save on distribution costs. With the concept of the First Cluster Second Route distribution costs to Rp. 1,030,500.00 and the percentage of savings is 32.4%.
