- The Research aims to analyse and compile financial statements in accordance with with the financial accounting standards of small and medium micro entities on CV Buana Logam Jaya using qualitative descriptive methods. The data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. The result of this research is that the entity has not adopted an accounting standard for financial small micro entities in the preparation of its financial statements and has not yet understood also about the components of any kind that exist in the preparation of the Finance report as appropriate financial accounting standards. Then researchers make financial statements according to the SACK of EMKM namely financial position reports, income statements, and records of financial statements.
