- This research discusses the information System accounting acceptance and expenditure of cash in PT JAYA BAHARI SANTOSO, this research focuses on acceptance and expenditure of cash especially on the information system part of both the input, process and output. This research was written to explain and expose the implementation of information systems for the acceptance and withdrawal of cash expenditure in PT Jaya Bahari Santoso (PT JBS). This research is the result of research that is tested directly in the field with a secondary data type. Methods of collecting data through interviews and documentation. The results showed in the information system accounting for the acceptance and expenditure of cash conducted by PT Jaya Bahari Santoso has been good enough but not fully adequate. The Input of the cash receipt data is good, can be seen from the receipt document that is used according to the existing criteria. Related functions in accounting information system of acceptance and expenditure of less structured cash such as the absence of separation of administrative functions, the absence of internal-connection function for the implementation of control or Good supervision to regulate and handle and monitor the progress of the system so that if something unwanted can be overcome. And the absence of the cashier's function to facilitate the preparation, filling, and signing receipts after the supporting documents are attached.
