- this study aimed to determine the effect of return on assets and the level of sales growth on company value and to determine the role of corporate social responsibility disclosure as a moderating variable. the type of data applied in this research was secondary data in the form of a company's annual report. data sources were obtained from the official website of the indonesia stock exchange. those are www.idx.co.id and the websites of each company. the researcher took observation and documentation as data collection techniques. meanwhile, data analysis techniques in this research were multiple linier regression analysis and moderation regression analysisusing SPSS V.21 statistics tools. based on the result, it showed that the return on assets and the level of sales growth affect the value of the company and disclosure of corporate social responsibility is able to moderate the relationship of return on assets and the level of sales growth to the value of the company.
