  • This research aims to determine the analysis of Tumpangsari plants as an effort to increase the formers’ income (Pinus merkusi) in Donowari village, BKPH Singosari KPH Malang through its distribution as a producer of non-timber forest production through the production of sap. For this reason, the forest area must be able to be more prosperous and be optimally improved as a main job or a side job. This method research is used by author is, directly observing the object of research (observation), conducting interviews directly to responde (interview), doing questionnaires to get accurate data (questionnaire), and finally documenting the results of all methods to support this research. The results of this study indicate that the ratio of coffee plant business is more profitable than corn and chilli plants in terms of quality and quantity. Coffee plant B/C ratio reaches 6.6 with a total income of 22.870.00.00. Chilli plant B/C has a smaller ratio of 4.7 with a total income of 8.633.696.00 and corn plant B/C ratio is at least 1.2 with a total revenue of 2.263.962.00. Thus, this shows that the income obtained is seven times the costs incurred.
