- The research conducted was aimed at analyzing the information system of cash acceptance accounting and cash expenditure at the Mobil Ria Motor workshop. This study uses quantitative descriptive research methods. Data acquisition techniques used by the documentation. Analysis of techniques analyzed inputs, processes, and outputs. The type of data used by the secondary data derived from the data is managed by the company. The results of this study showed that it did not have complete documents, lack of procedures in the authorization system, when the position was more than one function, duties and authorities were not by the organizational structure and procedures.
