- The absence of a system that helps the police in recording the occurrence of accidents in the city of Batu. This makes it difficult for the police to make a list of cases of accidents and also the public who want to find out information and news about accidents in the city of Batu. There is no system that can help the police in recording the accident events in the city of Batu then penuls build a traffic accident information system in the city of Batu web-based using the usabilty approach. This research uses the waterfall development method with usabilty testing using the sirius framework. To test using the Sirius framework here the writer uses the help of an expert who understand in the field of website. The purpose of this research is to build an information system that can be used to record information about events about traffic accidents especially in Batu. then people who use this system can see accident data recorded by the authorities and then the Batu Police, see news of accident events, see the location of accidents and print accident data reports that are recorded when needed to claim insurance. The usability test results on this system using the Sirius framework in the first test get an average usability score of 78.49 from 5 experts who did the test after making improvements to the system in accordance with aspects that still have flaws in the 1st test, get the average usability of the 5 experts was 86.59 in the second test
