  • Nowdays, ngadiwono village roads in pasuruan district is became local roads that conncet with other villages, it physical condition form of clay and ground soils. A road pavement are needed to improve, however, it design flexible pavement and paving block pavement. The current research aims to calculate the flexible pavement thickness by analyzing the component from Bina Marga and investigating the paving block pavement using Interlock Concrete Pavement Institute (ICPI) method. From each pavement thickness which gained, then calculated into to the annual budget of each pavement. The structure of flexible pavement over the laston surface layer is MS 454 and 7cm thickness, upper layer of stone fragments class B (CBR 80%) with 20cm thickness, and a lower foundation sirtu layer class C (CBR 30%) with 10cm thickness. Instead, the paving block pavement are composed of survace layer paving blocks type C and class II quality (27 Mpa) with 8cm thickness, sand layer with 3cm thickness, and class B (CBR 80%) clay land construction foundation layer with 17.5cm thickness using 90o fish bone mounting pattern with limiting concrete 15x25x40cm diameter.
