- In this era of information technology, the efficiency of time, effort, and ease in getting information is needed. One of them is building material store which of course data processing is very important. Therefore, it must be supported by adequate facilities and infrastructure. In this store, you still use manual notes by recording all sales and purchases of goods so that the process of tracing or checking reports of items entering and leaving is long because you have to look at the notes one by one. So that a system is needed that can overcome this problem. In this study a system application will be made that is able to provide information for inventory reports quickly and precisely. To build the system, it can be done making web-based applications using the PHP framework as the program code and MySQL as its base. The research steps include : analysis of system requirements, design methods with UML include use-case diagrams, sequences, activities and statistics, implementation or creation of program codes, and system testing. The information system application made in this study contributed significantly to the report system in the building goods store. From the results of the test we can draw several conclusions, including: that the system can know for sure and quickly the number of building items that enter and exit every day. The system can also provide convenience for store managers to see all existing stock items. And the system can provide reports on purchases of building materials from suppliers.
