- This research was conducted on 15 October to 15 November 2018. This research was carried out at the Port and Marine and Fisheries Resource Management (P2SKP) which is the center of capture fisheries for Pancing Ulur (Hand Line) in Tambakrejo, Blitar Regency. The method used in this study is a survey method with a case study. The objects taken in this study were boat owner fishermen in the Port and Marine and Fisheries Resource Management (P2SKP) in Tambakrejo Blitar District. Primary data was obtained through interviews and filling out questionnaires by the main respondents, namely ship owners. Questionnaire structure was designed based on the research objectives, namely referring to fishing businesses, including vessel size and fishing line, number of catches, target fish prices, operational costs, number of trips / month, number of months / year operations, fishermen's income. The results showed that the capture process by using stretch fishing had several stages, namely, preparation, searching for bait and continued with the fishing process starting at 01.00 WIB to go to fishing ground, and returning from fishing ground to the fish landing at 12.00 WIB. Furthermore, the annual CPUE value is 0.006 to 0.009 tons / trip. Thus, in each fishing trip carried out by fishermen, the catch will be around 0.88 to 1.31 tons / trip in the fish season for 7 months starting from June to November. every year. Therefore, from this study, it can be seen that the yield of fishermen productivity with a realative stretching fishing gear is stable from year to year where the productivity results in 2014 - 2018 do not show an increase or decrease which has a large effect on fishermen's income.
