  • Wind power plants have important component parts, there is the generator whose function is to convert mechanical energy to electrical energy. This study discusses the design of Single Rotor Single Stator axial flux permanent magnet generator using stator slotted and uses a slotless stator reference design. To find more detail, this study was comparing the 4 generator designs with different number of slots and width of teeth. Testing teeth widths and number of slots vary, 12 slots of 23 mm teeth width, 15 slots of 18 mm teeth width, and 18 slots of 15 mm teeth width. The permanent magnet used is NodFeB 48/11 neodymium iron boron with a number of 10 poles. The desired power reference is 100 watts with a speed of 500 Rpm. The output of each design in the form of voltage, current, power, and efficiency is then analyzed and compared to using Microsoft Excel. The conclusion obtained after doing this is that adding teeth to the stator and increasing the number of axial flux slots affect the output parameters specified. The result of using teeth is that the voltage, current, and power are getting bigger and the more the number of slots the smaller the voltage, current, and power.
