- The purpose of this research was to determine empirically the effect of Independent Commissioner, Profitability, Liquidity and Leverage on Dividend Policy either simultaneously or partially. Independent variables that used in this research is Independent Commissioner, Profitability, Liquidity and Leverage . Dependent variable is Dividend Policy . Sample in this research is companies that listed in idx from 2017 until 2018. The sampling technique is using purposive sampling with certain criteria so the sample used is 208. The statistical method used to test the hypothesis in this research is multiple linear regression with classical assumption test analysis used SPSS program. The result of this research showed that independent commissioner, profitability, liquidity and leverage influenced on dividend policy.
