- Analysis cost of ferry’s operational and evaluation rates with reference to Minister of Transportation’s Decision Number : KM. 58 at 2003 About Determination Mechanism and Formulation Ferry Fare. The purpose this study is to evaluate ferr crossing rates base on vehicle operational cost due to increase because some of ship components either direct cost or indirect cost in the form of rise a fuel price by 3%, UMR up by 8%, and price of spare part rise up by 5% throughout in 2018. From the research will be obtained latest ship rated in 2019 base on vehicle operational cost in 2018. The evaluation rates in Ketapang harbour with 16 ship produces the lowest base rates of Rp. 1.326 from KMP. Tiga Anugerah and highest base rates of Rp. 1.364 from KMP. Satya Kencana II. Limit the lowest rates will be new minimum rate while the upper limit rates will be the new maximum rate, then it will be decided and determined Ministry of Transportation Republic of Indonesia and Direction of ASDP Indonesia Ferry.
