- In business process modeling it can help in making company work procedures to handle business requests. This business process modeling is also the activities that are carried out to help in understanding the ongoing process. There are obstacles due to the absence of business modeling in a system, and the time to make the system is very short, resulting in no chance to model a business process. The purpose of this research is to model a business process, and to be able to apply the business process modeling to the system using the Initiation, Elicitation, Verification, and Validation approaches. Overall, this research is a modeling of business process in the system which is used at the Informatics Lab, Muhammadiyah Malang University , by approaching stakeholders to get the needs of the system. Then in the manufacturing process, it used the Initiation approach to the process of extracting needs, Elicitation as making business process, Verification to determine the results of elicitation is appropriate, and Validation was carried out with the stakeholders to determine the suitability as well as the final results and business process making.
