Khisno Hadi, MA; Advisor II: Hevi Kurnia Hardini, S.IP, MA.Gov. Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) are village business institutions managed by the village community and village government in an effort to increase the community's business potential based on the village economy, and are formed based on the needs and potential of the village. Business units owned by Sanan Kerto Village, Malang Regency include the Boon Pring Ecotourism Business Unit, BNI 46 Agent Business Unit, the Garbage Bank Business Unit and the Arrangement of street vendors in the Boon Pring Ecotourism area. The results obtained in this thesis are that in the Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Kerto Raharjo developed a partnership with PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or BNI. The purpose of this partnership is to strengthen the capacity of BUMDes to become successful business entities. BUMDes Kerto Raharjo is a customer of BNI Malang Regional Office who received business development training. Through BNI's guidance, BUMDes Kerto Raharjo now has the ability to provide banking services in the form of cash and non-cash transactions for the Sanan Kerto community. And so far the pattern of cooperation that has been carried out has gone well and in accordance with the procedures for cooperation as set out in the AD / ART BUMDes Kerto Raharjo. So that the existing business units in BUMDes Kerto Raharjo have been able to make the business units that are run as a source of income for the Village of Sanan Kerto in order to increase the Original Village Revenue.
