- Based on the analysis of observation needs on 6 august 2019 that, The lack of usage learning media, causes students to be less active in the learning process. In fact, majarity teacher has not been maximal in the use of media in the learning process at SDN 2 Malangsuko. Media that is used to some kinds of media such as of thematic books, worksheets and textbooks as a support for learning, because teachers consider that a practical and efficient way. Therefore it needs some media that is those suitable with the characteristics of students at this time, namely interactive multimedia learning based on Adobe Flash. This study aims to find out how to the development of adobe flash-based learning media on the theme 1 sub-theme 2 of learning 2 students of grade 5 SDN 2 Malangsuko. The research of this purpose is, (1)describing adobe flash-based media result, (2) describing students responses to adobe flash based learning media. improvement model conducted by researchers, using the 4D development model. This model has 4 stages namely, Define, Design, Development, Desseminate. Firstly define, aims to determine the necessity in the learning process and gather various information related to the media to be developed, the secondly, it is to design the results of the analysis in accordance with the needs and characteristics of students, the third is to refine the results of the products made through the revision of the expert validation test , and the last stage, disseminate process intend to the limited distribution of product. The results showed that the adobe flash-based learning media on first theme sub-theme 2 of the second learning showed very good percentage criteria, those can be seen from the percentage of results generated by (1) 86% material expert validation and 80.2% media expert. (2) While the percentage of student response rates is around 98.5%. Based on these results it can be concluded that the adobe flash-based learning media on the theme 1 sub-theme 2 of learning 2 can be used as a support to the learning media of grade 5 students at SDN 2 Malangsuko.
