- Hospital is very important public facility especially in the Lamongan city There has to be a hospital building in lamongan city. Indonesia is located in a ragion with a high risk earhtquake, which cause by plate boundarys which is lie near Indonesia. The structure must be design to be ductail and ridged and then can with stand high seismic load, In this case the building will be design as reinforces concrete structure with special resisting moment frame (SRMF) as it’s lateral load resistant system,SRMF have requairement on beam and column connection that can affect performance as whole when it receive seismic loads. the hospitals was designed base on SNI 1726:2012. The design of building has a drift ratio 0,009 in main direction which is less than limiting drift 0,0025 it also have maximum drift storey 18,33 mm. On the main beam 3D25 used as of main reinforcement and 3D25 reinforecement so accommodate the negative moment and then stirrups Ø 10 – 250 mm was used, on non main beam bearing negative using 2D25, stirrups Ø 10 – 200 mm. In the column using 16D25 and stirrups Ø 10 – 300 mm. In this study the hoops reinforced was used in the column of 4 D 16 with a distance of 150 mm. On the ground floor, the hoops was placed 2,07 through the length of the column, while on the next floor, the hoops was placed 1,87 through the length of the column
