- The building development is currently growing and can’t be separated from the structural problem of the building itself. Good structural stability is one of eligibility condition of a building. High building will have high upper structure that need to be suspend by foundation. When designing a foundation, the combination of dead load, live load and earthquake load from upper structure need to be considered which based on SNI 03-1726-2012, the soil condition need to be considerated too. By adjusting the depth of soil, pile foundation planned square with dimension 30cm×30cm based on standard penetration test at point BH-1. According calculation of the value pile foundation support is 40.4 ton in one pile with the highest settlement is 0.00125 m. Pile foundation is planned to be used 8 primary reinforcement with diameter 10mm with brace 8mm every 100mm distance. Pile cap with thickness 0.5m planned to be use reinforcement with brace 19mm every 100mm distance.
