  • The infrastructure development in the field of education becomes a crucial part of improving the educational value and growth in one area. This research aims to redesign the construction of low-cost apartment (Rusunawa) using precast c-plus. It was located in Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang, Tlogomas sub-district, Malang. The plan of the upper construction of the low-cost apartment was included plate, beam, and column of precast c-plus. The plan of serviced precast plate was 60/380 cm, pedestal of Ø10-150 mm, and reinforced field of Ø10-150 mm. Based on the analysis result showed that the dimension of the beam profile by 500/250 mm with the upper main reinforced 2 D19, pedestal by 2 D16 with reinforced stirrup by Ø10 – 150 mm. The beam of the field used upper reinforced 2 D16 and pedestal 5 D16 using reinforced stirrup of Ø10 – 150 mm. The dimension of the precast c-plus column was 25/75 mm using precast c-plus column reinforced 8 D12. Furthermore, the beam was connected using a square plate with the dimension of 50/100 mm, thick of 10 mm, bolt A325 with a diameter of 30 mm and was cast using non-shrinking cement. The column was connected using a square plate with the dimension of 130/60 mm, thick of 10 mm, and bolt A325 with a diameter of 30 mm.
