- The monitoring system is an important component needed by a data system or log. Problems can occur if a log data system does not have a monitoring system. The absence of a monitoring system can be a problem for an administrator in managing and monitoring the server in the log. This thesis aims to create a monitoring system using monitoring tools called Splunk. Some features of Telegram API and SMS API are also involved to add Splunk features. As for this thesis, the use of monitoring uses Splunk, where the IP address is registered with Splunk, then integrates the Telegram API and SMS API functions into it as a media notification. Splunk can send a notification message or notification to the administrator if there is a log that has access, an error, a warning. The results obtained from this thesis are that with the help of Splunk and additional Telegram APIs as well as the SMS API, administrators can find out the real-time log conditions through notifications that will be sent via Splunk.
