  • Background: Anemia is a condition where the erythrocyte period or the period of circulating hemoglobin cannot fulfill its function to transport oxygen to tissues. Anemia in pregnancy can adversely affect pregnant women such as abortion, premature births, birth defects and can lead to a leading cause of indirect death in pregnant women. The success of iron administration programs carried out by the government to tackle anemia is greatly influenced by the knowledge and compliance of pregnant women in consuming these tablets. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of Knowledge Levels About Anemia in Pregnant Women with Compliance in Consuming Iron (Fe) Tablets in Kendalsari Health Center, Malang. Method: This type of research used in this research is descriptive correlational using cross sectional approach. The sample of this research is 30 pregnant women in Kendalsari Public Health Center Malang taken by total sampling technique. Data collection using questionnaires and data analysis using Fisher's exact test. Results: Hypothesis test results indicate that the fisher test results obtained p value is 0.048 where this coefficient is smaller than the significance level of 0.05. The conclusion is that the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted. . Conclusion: There is a correlation between the level of knowledge about anemia in pregnant women with compliance in consuming Iron (Fe) Tablets in the Work Area of Kendalsari Health Center
