- An infrastructure that is intended for traffic users includes its complementary buildings and all its parts are called roads. To support and provide smoothness in all aspects of activities, for example the economy section between each city and every village would require a good road transportation facilities, in this situation all economic and social activities can be carried out well too. In determining the condition of a pavement the PCI (Pavement Condition Index) method is used. From the results of this study obtained a PCI value is 42 which shows the pavement conditions in middle condition. Overlay and Rigid Pavement serve as repairs to the pavement that will be done so that the Overlay 13 cm thick is obtained at a cost of Rp.18,696,650,750.00. and Rigid Pavement 18 cm thick at a cost of Rp.23,669,675,200.00 In determining the repair techniques that will be carried out and based on consideration obtained values of 33 for Overlay, and 22 for Rigid pavement, so that repair is chosen with Overlay.
