  • ABSTRACT Hospital of Muhammadiyah Lamongan is one of public health center in Lamongan. The length of this building is 57,6 cm and the width 21,6 m with total height 25 m. This building is built on the surface of loam soil using the raft foundation. Based on the result of the encumbering obtained from the analysis is that the total weight of this building contains 161195.58 kN. Calculations and analyzes are carried out on the S-A segment with a total wide of raft foundation of 379,44 m2 and 0.8 m thick. The pole foundation uses poles that are produced by PT. Adhi Persada Beton with the 0.4 m as a diameter, 25 m deep and 2 metres as the distance between each poles. The bearing capacity of the raft foundation using poles are 107682,07 kN ≥ 72530,87 kN, while the settlement occurred is 20,3 cm ≤ decrease of permit 21.2 cm. The raft foundation used in transverse direction is D19-100 for comprehensive reinforcement, and the elongated direction it uses D25-100 for tensile reinforcement also D19-100 for compressive reinforcement.
